Gallipoli landing audit
Exact count of soldiers whose embarkation ship appears in two online sources and belongs to the Gallipoli pipeline (Crawford & Buck). Source A is Online Cenotaph. Source B is the Navy Museum troopship list. A green on The Anzacs Roll Call means that dual match for a Gallipoli-relevant sailing. Dual-audited travellers are embarkation proof, not a per-man landing certificate. Exact dual-source total: 23,053 travellers. The Anzacs Roll Call Gallipoli campaign census: 22,479. Published peninsula landings: about 16,000 to 18,000.
